We do not collect payment information directly on this website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we may collect standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used for site security and operational monitoring. Server log data is retained for 90 days for security purposes and then deleted.
If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect additional usage data through Google Analytics 4 (see Section 4 — Cookies).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your audit request or inquiry within one business day
- Communicate with you about services, proposals, and ongoing engagements
- Send you updates about your engagement (if you become a client)
We use automatically collected data to:
- Maintain site security and monitor for abuse
- Understand aggregate traffic patterns and site usage (only after cookie consent is given for Google Analytics 4)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
For individuals in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions: while Solqiro is a US business operating under New Mexico law, we acknowledge that visitors may access our site from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. For such visitors, the legal bases for processing personal data are:

- Consent — using Google Analytics 4 (non-essential analytics cookies loaded only after you accept via the cookie consent banner)

4. Cookies
We use cookies as follows:
Essential cookies: Required for the site to function (session management, security). These are not subject to consent. One essential cookie: sq_cookie_consent, which stores your consent choice for 12 months.
Analytics cookies (non-essential): We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 cookies are loaded only after you click “Accept analytics” on the cookie consent banner. If you choose “Essential only,” no GA4 cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics.
No advertising cookies: We do not use Meta Pixel, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4 — analytics service provided by Google LLC. Data is processed subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. We have enabled IP anonymisation in GA4. Data is sent to Google only after you consent to analytics cookies.
Resend — email delivery service used to send and receive contact form submissions. Your name, email address, and form content are transmitted to Resend’s infrastructure for delivery to our inbox. Resend’s privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and client communications for as long as is necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain the client relationship, and for up to 24 months after the engagement ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
Server log data is retained for 90 days for security purposes and then deleted.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time (via the “Manage Cookies” link in the footer)

8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you provide. Our contact form data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment card information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact legal@solqiro.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
