Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for services provided by Solqiro LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.
1. Nature of Our Services
Solqiro provides digital marketing and SEO services. These are professional services delivered remotely, involving time, research, strategy, and labour. Because service delivery begins promptly after engagement and cannot be “returned,” our refund terms reflect the nature of the work.
2. No Physical Products
Solqiro does not sell physical products. This policy applies to service engagements only.
3. Cancellation Terms
Monthly retainer engagements: You may cancel a monthly engagement with 30 days’ written notice sent to support@solqiro.com. The engagement continues and is billable through the end of the 30-day notice period. No refunds are issued for the notice period.
Initial strategy period (first 3 months): For SEO, CRO, and other services with a 3-month initial commitment, early cancellation within the first 3 months does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid, as strategy and foundational work is performed during this period.
Project-based engagements: Keyword research, competitor analysis, and one-time audits begin immediately upon agreement and payment. Cancellation after work has commenced does not entitle you to a refund of fees paid.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge) — full refund of the duplicate amount
- The engagement has not yet started and no work has been performed — full refund upon written request
- A specific deliverable described in the written scope of work was not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and the failure is attributable to Solqiro — partial refund or credit for the undelivered portion, as agreed in writing
Refunds are not issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with search engine results, rankings, or traffic outcomes (which involve factors outside Solqiro’s control)
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Business decisions made by the client that affect the effectiveness of the services
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@solqiro.com with the subject line “Refund Request,” including your name, the service engaged, the date of payment, and a description of the reason for the request.
We will acknowledge your request within two business days and provide a written decision within 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at support@solqiro.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work in good faith to resolve billing disputes directly.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
